Welcome to Willow & Wick Crystal Boutique. These Terms & Conditions apply when you browse our website or purchase products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

ABOUT US

Willow & Wick Crystal Boutique is an independent UK boutique specialising in carefully curated crystals, minerals, statement pieces, clothing, gifts and other boutique products.

We personally curate our crystal collection and select pieces for their colours, formations, patterns and individual character. We love both beautifully formed specimens and wonderfully imperfect pieces that are completely unique.

OUR CRYSTALS

Crystals, minerals and stones are natural products. Natural variations may include inclusions, fissures, cavities, uneven surfaces, mineral deposits, variations in colour and pattern, and other naturally occurring characteristics.

These characteristics are part of what makes each specimen unique and are not necessarily faults or damage.

Where a listing is for an individual crystal specimen, photographs will normally show the actual crystal you will receive unless clearly stated otherwise.

We make every reasonable effort to photograph our crystals accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and the screen or device used to view our website.

Weights and measurements are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Natural characteristics do not affect your statutory rights where an item is genuinely faulty, damaged or not as described.

CRYSTAL MEANINGS

Any information provided about the spiritual, traditional, symbolic or metaphysical properties of crystals is provided for interest and enjoyment only.

Crystals are not medical products. Information provided by Willow & Wick Crystal Boutique is not medical advice and should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any physical or psychological condition.

Always seek appropriate professional medical advice where required.

HANDMADE PRODUCTS

Some Willow & Wick products are handmade or produced in small batches.

Minor differences in colour, decoration, positioning, finish and appearance may therefore occur. These variations are part of the nature of handmade products.

CLOTHING

Customers should check the size and product information supplied before purchasing clothing.

The appearance and fit of a garment will naturally vary according to the wearer's height, body shape and usual clothing size.

Model photographs and styled images are intended to demonstrate the product and its approximate fit.

PRICES

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).

The price displayed when an order is placed is the applicable price, subject to genuine and obvious pricing errors.

Any applicable delivery charges will be shown before checkout is completed.

We may offer sales, promotional prices or discount codes from time to time. Promotions may be subject to additional conditions and may be changed or withdrawn where permitted by law.

ORDERS

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• an item is unexpectedly unavailable;

• an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred;

• payment cannot be authorised; or

• we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant payment will be refunded.

ONE-OF-A-KIND ITEMS

Many of our crystals are individual specimens and only one of each piece is available.

We may also sell through other sales channels. Occasionally, an individual item may sell elsewhere before our website inventory has updated.

If this happens, we will contact you and refund the unavailable item.

DELIVERY

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our website.

Delivery estimates are estimates unless a guaranteed delivery service or date has specifically been agreed.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered within the period required by applicable UK consumer law.

CANCELLATION OF ONLINE ORDERS

For most products purchased online, consumers have the right to change their mind.

You normally have 14 days after receiving your goods to tell us that you wish to cancel.

After notifying us of your cancellation, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

You do not need to provide a reason for exercising your statutory cancellation right.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning unwanted goods.

Returned products should only be handled as much as reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

We may make a deduction where permitted by law if unnecessary handling has reduced the value of an item.

Some products may be legally exempt from change-of-mind cancellation rights, including certain personalised goods and certain sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for genuine health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

These exclusions do not affect your rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS

Please contact us if an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description.

Please provide your order details and, where useful, photographs of the item and packaging.

Your rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods are separate from the change-of-mind cancellation rights above.

Nothing within these terms limits your statutory rights.

REFUNDS

Where you validly cancel an online order within your statutory cancellation period, refunds will be processed in accordance with UK consumer law.

Where applicable, the refund will include the cost of our standard delivery option. Additional amounts paid for premium delivery options do not normally have to be refunded beyond the cost of standard delivery.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.

PRODUCT CARE

Different crystals have different levels of hardness and stability.

Some minerals may be damaged by water, sunlight, chemicals, heat, sudden temperature changes or inappropriate cleaning.

Please research appropriate care or contact us before cleaning, immersing or otherwise treating a crystal if you are unsure.

CANDLES, WAX MELTS & BURNERS

Always follow the safety instructions supplied with candles, wax melts and burners.

Never leave burning candles or burners unattended.

Keep flames and hot products away from children, pets, draughts and flammable materials.

COSMETICS & BODY PRODUCTS

Read the ingredients and product information supplied before using cosmetic or body-care products.

Do not use a product if you know that you are allergic or sensitive to one of its ingredients.

Stop using the product if irritation occurs.

Keep products away from children where appropriate and use them only for their intended purpose.

CHILDREN & CRYSTALS

Unless specifically marketed as children's products, our crystals and mineral specimens are decorative or collectable products rather than toys.

Some crystals may be small, heavy, pointed, sharp or fragile.

Small products should be kept away from babies and young children where they could present a choking or other safety hazard.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Willow & Wick branding, original clothing artwork, product photography, graphics, written descriptions and other original content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without permission.

Third-party intellectual property remains the property of its respective owners.

WEBSITE USE

You must not deliberately interfere with the operation or security of our website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software or use our website for unlawful purposes.

LIABILITY

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Nothing within these terms excludes your statutory rights relating to faulty, unsafe or misdescribed goods.

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, inappropriate handling or failure to follow product safety or care instructions where it would be lawful for us to exclude such responsibility.

EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL

We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances genuinely outside our reasonable control where the law permits.

Where such circumstances materially affect an order, we will take reasonable steps to keep customers informed and resolve the situation.
